Let's put the DANCE in Bellydance!
Whether you are new, or a student who has thought: "I can do the moves, but how do I put them together?" This the class for you!

While learning bellydance basics, students explore ways to blend movements together seamlessly. We will learn foundation moves by understanding the muscles involved in each movement, internalizing moves, thereby truly understanding the source of each movement. This approach allows us to add or change the movements to suit our needs, and we are able to string together movements seemlessly and them to express ourselves in the music.

This class will devote time to developing core strength and technique, rhythmic timing and musical interpretation.
