Workshop descriptions:

Shimmy-TASTIC!
Take your shimmies to the next level! In this workshop we will cover the classic 3/4 shimmy, with walking, layering exercises and drills. We will also take the 3/4 shimmy to parts of our bodies you never knew were supposed to 3/4 shimmy! We will cover 4/4 shimmies as well to better understand and get better control of our hips. To finish off our workshop we'll cover some unique combos utilizing what we learned, Zafira style! Please bring water and a yoga mat for warm up & cool down.

ART WINE CRAWL!

After that, Bellevue will host some arts and wine!

Members of Zafira will support the Bellevue arts community and will be performing through out this event in the old Murphy's Building. Which also happens to be where Boheme Center for Dance is located!

5-9PM $5 donation
